Excerpt from an email I got from Brian Graham.  

The Road Hawg features a modified Hawg core (same as found in the Hawg Wild) with our new Juiced Reactive coverstock.  This combination provides more length, stronger backend, and more total hook than the Hawg Wild.  The new Juiced coverstock provides enhanced oil absorption resulting in stronger hook motion and improved consistency from shot to shot.  The Road Hawg is factory finished to 4000 grit Abralon providing good length and strong hook.  However, the Road Hawg can easily be polished for more length and more backend.
