This is the part I hate....what one person considers light oil, might be another person's ( usually mine ) light side of medium. I very very seldom see real light oil, usually lighter side of medium to heavy ( again, NOT soup ).
With the BWP polished, like OOB, it will have a hard time burning up on what I call light oil ( again, depends on definition of light ), as I have seen here. If you think it does/will burn up, a better coat of polish should solve any problem in that area. I guess you'd have to ask yourself, if you do have a BWP and see mostly light oil, do you want to have to polish it everytime ? Why not buy a ball better suited for the light oil ?
I'm not being cold, just always wondered why folks buy a ball, not suited for the conditions they see, and then complain why they have to polish/sand it all the time to keep the reaction they want.
IMO, if you see more light oil, get a Vibe.
