Title: Black Widow Bite BPR, Killer and Dazzle
Post by: bowl 2 win on September 30, 2008, 12:10:39 PM
I was lucky enough to grab these balls and I wanted to share it with everyone on here. Heres a link for some pics, http://s201.photobucket.com/albums/aa41/bowl-2-win/Hammer%20Balls/NIB/

I havent decided if I will drill them yet, but if I do I will probably drill up a regular Bite just so I get a feel for what this one will be like and I have no idea what the Dazzle will compare to. Toxic core and Black Widow Pearl coverstock. And the BLack Widow Killer has a new coverstock, Sting Reactive so I really have no idea on what to expect from this ball. If any one has a suggestion or comment I would love to hear from you! Also, if you would like, please let me know what drillings have worked well for you in the Bite or which ones you suggest staying away from.

dunno... see no real difference in the coverstock... both have the "Violent Bite Reactive" coverstock... (source: http://www.hammerbowling.com/products/balls/ball_black_widow_bite.php and the above link)

I find this ball more interesting:

It is the same as the regular Bite, just different colors I believe. Altough the box dose say HARV Reactive II, but I dunno. The BITE II is basicly a Black Widow Pearl from what I can see. I also Have a Raw Hammer Dazzle and Black Widow Killer, I'll post pics of those soon as well.

I have my Bite drilled skid/flip(basically) and I like it, has a strong but smooth backend and gets down the lane well.

Take the logos off and it could be confused with a Special Agent.  I'm very jealous of you.  Let us know how it compares to the domestic release Bite.

BBR says the Dazzle has a "particle pearl" coverstock. If that holds true, i'd expect it to be somewhat like a Toxic, yet create more midlane hook due to the higher differential of the core + the "particle pearl" cover.

JMO, but who knows. Bowl-2-win says it has a BWP cover, BBR says "particle pearl".

Hope this helps!

No, both of these Black Widows are overseas balls released over in Japan. The are a little different than the ones here, they also use them as a test market for new things that may or may not come out here in the states. All 3 balls are for sale so if anyone is intrested, drop me a PM.
