SR300 is more angular and longer than the BW from what I've seen. I'd say the BW is a bit more versatile, but the SR300 is just plain awesome on medium-oil patterns in OOB.

it was more of a ball that can be played more straight up a board than at an inside angle. It does have a pretty sharp turn on the backend but not as wide as an entry angle as the BW.

Second that. The SR300 is a great option when you need a ball that really pushes well through the heads, goes long and then jumps in a hockey-stick like fashion into the pocket. It has a higher RG and lower differential than the BW, which, on the other side, has more overall hook to offer since the stronger core makes it rev up sooner. The choice between these 2 is IMHO mostly dependant on the reaction you want to achieve, since both have equally strong coverstocks (the SR300 maybe slightly longer, since it is pearl) and direly need some head oil to be handy. OOB, both are great med condition balls, the BW can handle a bit longer oil due to the more rolly nature of the core.

The SR300 is great for a down-and-in player, and I found the ball to be best suited for rather direct lines between 2nd and 3rd arrow. The BW will be better suited to open up the lane and create area, but it is IMHO not the better choice. For me, it is pretty dead race - just my 2 cents.
