Wanted to see which ball you guys like better for medium to medium heavy between the bite and bw solid. Let me know

I think the BW Bite would work better, but you'd probably want to put a weaker drill on it because it might be too much for medium conditions if it's drilled strong.
I would stray away from the solid because you'd most likely need a stronger layout than normal, really aggressive. That's how mine is and it's pretty unstable so I don't recommend it.

If I want an earlier read with a strong arcing backend then the Bite. If I wanted to be clean through most of the lane and very angular off the spot then the solid. Of course thats a very vauge statement, and would obviously change depending on how they were drilled and surfaced
