I doubt if yo could make a Cobalt Vibe simulate the solid Black Widow.
There's 4 major differences, 3 with the core and 1 with the coverstock.
Solid vs. pearl: while you can often get close with dull/matte finishes, yo will rarely get the same reaction even with the same core. (The closest pearl/solid coverstock was Brunswick's PK 18; theirs were very close in overall performance with most surfaces.)
Core: the BW has lower RG, much larger RG Differential and significant intermediate differential. If it were only one of these, you might come close. With all 3, not likely, especially you wanted a strong reaction from the BW.
Keep in mind that house oil patterns often hide the difference between radically different balls. Usually only sport patterns will spotlight the differences between balls.
