Title: Black widow venom coverstock cracking

Any body out there experiance the same-
black window venom cracking
our shop has drilled 2 venoms, superbowl weekend, so the balls are not soo old, for once to two time a week bowlers, we have noticed as they bring the balls in for cleaning, cracking in the same spots , about 1/2 from the thumb hole about a 1" long, both balls have slugs and were glued with turbo 2 in 1 zip plus-45 glue,
the crazy thing is another guy on my team, has the same issues with his venom, purchased jan 26th, but drilled by a completely different pro shop using the same thumb insert glue,

so is this a typical issue with that coverstock formula?

Do you know if all 3 track very close to the thumbhole?

I have seen this problem with balltracks that are very near the thumbhole with a thumbslug.  I don't have a cure, but I have seen it and they were not hammer balls.

the cracking is the opposite side to the track, they are all right handed, so it is the right side

nothing cracks like a hammer!!!!   LOLOL

hey dude, now i am very worry because a buy a brand new Venom and i hope that this ball can't crack on mee... i haved a brand new Columbia U-turn and i storeged in my room because i was using other ball and when i came for the columbia, it crack starting from the finger tips...
