First time out with the Hot Sauce
« on: March 15, 2009, 12:51:36 PM »
Pin under the ring, cg kicked right, box condition, definetly not a skid flip ball, but I'm just getting started.

I'd say pin under should make it alot more "rolly", and not so skid flip. Mines pin over the fingers, and its SICK...............awesome ball from Hammer.

Don'r disagree that a pin higher would make it more flippier.  I  just didn't want the flip but I did want a very strong back end and I think thats exactly what I'll get.  This wasn't ment to slam the Hot Sauce, only make an observation with my drilling.

Mine is drilled pin under ring, cg kicked out right, with weight hole on mid line. Very very agressrive turn at the breakpoint. You may want to adjust the box surface to make it more agressive in oil, you will like it with pin under.

Tizzle,

I have the Dynamo and if you haven't drilled it yet, that ball could be considered a skid flip ball.  The dynamo on the break point is so strong sometimes even I'm amazed.  I have the pin in my ring finger mb 2 1/2 right of the thumb and the balance hole between my thumb and the mb.

Mine is drilled with pin under ring and cg near palm. OOB It is the most skid flippy ball I have ever thrown. I took the surface down to 1500 and beans polish and it added a little midlane but is still very lengthy and snappy.

I have mine pin under ring finger, CG in centre of grip.. I'm a high track bowler... first time out yesterday and all I can say is wow!!!!!!!!

207 220 287 = 714

As I got used to the ball it just kept getting better and better - hammering the pocket in game 3 and consistently putting "all ten back". Where my polished Fury solid would waver a bit as the oil moved down in game 3, the Hot Sauce stayed long and strong.

I look forward to putting up more numbers with the Hot Sauce.

Thanks Hammer!!
