Which is better for really dry conditions like in a tournament when alot of games have been on a pair of lanes

ANY reactive resin ball will hook alot when encountering dry lanes.

But I would agree with Sam, the purple is more skid/flip and on some carrydown this gets troublesome. The blue one is more of a controlled arc and easier to deal with on dryER conditions.

Personally, I use an old blue hammer thats polished a bit for dry lanes.

I have my Blue and Purple Vibes drilled identical.  I see more length and flip from the Purple and an earlier, smoother roll from the Blue.  With that being said, I still have my Blue Vibe as roughly 4 boards stronger than my Purple.  For this reason, when I encounter scorched lanes, the Purple is the first one I pull from the bag.
Hope this helps!
