Yeah, the Nano is much stronger than the 715T, which is stronger than the Taboo.
However, while the Nano is amazingly strong (just like the Invasion and the Theory) you are hardly ever going to run into enough oil to warrant it coming out of the bag except in that rare occassion you find the "great flood." Maybe someone can offer their insight on how it the Nano does with polish, because I know how many people love the Anarchy once they put a weaker cover on that super strong core. I would also suggest reading Riggs ball review on his weaker drilled Nano. Lastly, I would point out how labor intensive the Nano is, in terms of the required surface prep if you are able to use it regularly. Personally, for this reason alone, and the impending ball death, I'd look elsewhere if I was going to pay that much for a ball. If you want something strong that isn't going to die on you I'd go with a Marvel, 715T, or Taboo.
I should note that I don't mean response as a knock on storm equipment, but I am just not a fan of the "supercovers" because just like heavy load particle balls or the previous generations of Ebonite super soakers you are rarely ever going to encounter enough oil to warrant them...and overall the average bowler isn't going to get the proper lifespan out of a ball like that for the price paid....Storm should be smarter at protecting their brand than releasing a ball like the Nano. Oh well, the ball is selling like hotcakes, but I worry about the long term implications.
