I'm planning the next ball to add to my modest arsenal. I want something above my Toxic. Right now I thinking either a Pain OOB or a Widow dulled a bit.

My questions is, does anyone think the Widow and Toxic are too similar?

I should note my Toxic has a pretty mild drill on it. I apologize I'm just starting to learn about layouts and I don't know my detailed specs (PAP, tilt etc)

I have both these balls the Toxic and BW drilled very similar. They are very different in how they read the lane especially the midlane. I use the Pain OOB drilled pin under to roll early to handle heavier oil. If you are looking for something above the Toxic or Doom for oil I recommend the Pain OOB. I never really see really heavy oil so the Pain has had no problem getting through any condition for me. The BW glides through Mids on a nice tight line and snaps into the pocket where as the Pain will read the mid and arc to the pocket.

I have the Toxic and Doom they are also a great combination. My Toxic is the only ball I have w/finger weight (suits my down/in style), usually I need to change to the Doom in the third game and I don't have to adjust at all. If I do it is w/speed.
