A dull high load particle similar to a shiny skid/flip pearl? Yea I don't think so...

not in cover stock, in the way they go down the lane, both balls are meant to go fairly long with a big backend. correct?? i want to know if they hav similar length and backdend or if one is longer or one is stronger?

I would say the Kong is much, much earlier (due to the dull cover and particle load) while the Burn is more angular at the breakpoint.
