Sauce Layouts~ For those who have thrown it:
« on: October 05, 2008, 03:34:21 PM »
I plan on getting a Sauce when it's released. What I'm looking at now is drilling options. I'm leaning towards going with my favorite layout: pin over ring (or near it at least), and the MB kicked an 1 1/2" or 2" right of the thumb. My Black Widow Solid and Venom currently have this layout, and I love it.

Just looking to see what type of reactions, layouts and conditions anyone has had, that have been lucky enough to get this ball yet.

It appears stronger than the Anger, which I have currently for heavy oil. My Anger is drilled 3 3/8" stacked leverage, right of the fingers, at 500 abralon. Just wondering where and how the Sauce will stack up with it.

I have mine drilled up pin under my ring finger and CG in middle of grip...
standard label drill. This ball is very strong rolling at the mids and has a stronger movement in the backends than the Anger. I really love the way this ball rolls.

I used it tonight in the local PBA league, and it really rolled great. I was able to go through the OB near the gutter, and it was really strong at the breakpoint.

I really think that this ball is different from the rest of the Hammer line and could possibly be the ball of the year!!

I've watched Jeff's video comparison with the Sauce and Anger, and it looks to be alot more ball. But, video is hard to tell also, but you do at least get an idea.

I'm hoping for big things from it, now I just have to wait it out! C'mon Oct. 14th!! Lol
