Shaker Bowl in East Longmeadow Massachusetts will be hosting a Hammer Demo Day on October 5th. Be one of the first to try out Hammers new high performance ball the SAUCE.  Cost is $10 per person.  Squad times are 9:30am, 11am, 12:30am, 2pm and 3:30pm.
