How many of you guys have or had an Anger? I'm kind of surprised I don't see anyone in my league with one. I see NM's and BW's but have not come across someone with an Anger. I have had the NM and BW's plus other Hammer balls and the Anger works better for me than the others.

I know I've drilled 4 in the past week, but on the two nights I bowl, I don't see them. Most folks here see heavier oil on Wed/Thurs men's and the PBA league on sun morn.
I'm tempted to drill up one for myself, but I got a Pain, Toxic and NM, changed all the covers so I'm very happy with what I carry now.

Got one...moves a lot like my FMG at OOB 2000 abralon. Tried it also at 4000 abralon..not matching up well with it on the conditions I've tried it on. Going to try it at 1000 abralon on a heavier condition and stay under it more...hopefully this will be the ticket.
Sting maybe on the way so we'll see.

Mine is order along with Black Widow Pearl, cherry vibe, and No mercy beat 'n' got a sweet deal from my proshop guy so I couldnt pass up the offer, been throwing an ebonite gamebreaker alot, great ball
-
Chi,
I have pushed this ball as 'the' benchmark ball to have in the bag...I've punched up about 4-5 including myself a few friends and other customers. Guys, the Anger is definitely an awesome performance ball with a price tag that is easy on the eyes! God Bless You All!

i have an anger as well, but unfortunately i have only been able to throw it a couple of times in a sweeper. not much oil around our area for leagues, so it pretty much stays in the bag.
mainly throwing a black widow and black widow pearl. great nuggets!!
-
I have an Anger, purchased it as my first ball and I love it so far.
-
i loved the anger i had until it cracked...pin was drilled right next to finger and has grips, and it cracked about 6 inches through...

I just got one punched out today and I will get to try it out tomorrow in one of my leagues. Hopefully there will be enough oil to throw it. I couldn't order one fast enough because of how well you liked the ball.

Anybody looking for a 15 lb'er...I've got one mint. 4.5 x 3.5 for me pin over ring. About 4.5 span w/ SwitchGrip. LMK if interested.

A guy at our center came up to me yesterday and said...
"If you don't have one....you've got to get an anger!"
But it is very similar to the Pain isn't it??
FMG I love acronyms.
I think that is the Fury My God!
Or is it the Full Metal Grandpocket killer!
OR is it the F Mine Gutter sweeper.
Or is it the Fat Men and Girls pincracker?
I looked thru 4 pages of new balls out here and never really hit the FMG spot so I like those above better.
Polished Anger...saw it....looked good. SAw Toxic next to it....looked bad!

Lucky, the Anger is only similar to the PAIN in that their both solid reactives and both have strong mid-lane reads. The Anger is stronger and has more back end than the PAIN. The PAIN is smoother on the back end.

my guess is FMG = Frankie May Gryphon?

It's up, but we are still updating!

It has been a very pleasant surprise for me. It is very strong, more than a medium oil ball. It has a very strong midlane read but remains very continuous down lane and really drives on the backed, it hits pretty well for me. Light hits carry well but the high ones not soo much, but It really does allow me to play a smaller swing on flat patterns and can create angle where lots of balls can't on the same pattern.

Love the Anger. First Hammer ball I've liked. But I only have it and the Black Widow to compare to. The Anger has much more backend for me then the Black Widow which is what I need on my heavier oil, lots of carry down, speed dominant style.
I love this ball so much I bought two more just to keep in storage for when they become discontinued.
Everyone that has bought this ball has loved it.

Anger = great ball to go to when the Black Widow, No Mercy, or No Mercy Beat'n are too jumpy. Well, for me anyway. I love this ball when the backends breakdown and get dryer.

Allright, so I'll make it more specific. Everyone that has bought the ball out of OUR shop has loved it.

Anger seems to be a strong midlane ball with great continuous backend.

I drilled up an Anger Monday at the shop with the pin 4-1/2 from pap over my ring finger witht he cg in the center of my grip. The ball definitely revsin the mid lane and has a hard continuous backend. I am very impress. I tried it out on a THS and it rolled great.
Anyone drilled this pin under fingers? If so, how was it?

My BWP "died" within the past few weeks. I haven't had the time to get it resurfaced, so I took this out of the bag.
The ball in general didn't work too well on THS for me. It worked great at tournaments, I just didn't like the look it gave back during league.
Chitown suggesed in a PM that I hit the ball with some polish. I broke down and applied some Powerhouse Factory Finish polish on it.
All I can say is that on THS it's great.
By far and away THE benchmark ball for me. It has that same smooth clearance through the heads, a strong midlane read (just pushes farther down lane) and comes off the dry smoothly. Basically the same reaction, just gives the look I want for the shot.
The downside is that the league has put down a very heavy shot since there is a 2nd shift after us. As a result I don't have a heavy oiler anymore...I guess it's time for a Beat'n or something.
Anyways...polished Anger FTW! (since we're using acronyms)
