dose the toxic roll like the doom?I've read the pain dose but I like the looks of the toxic over the pain,if color really matters.plus I really like the newer covers on the Hammers.

I finally got to see a Toxic in action on Monday, and let me tell you I was IMPRESSED!
First off, it looks like a plastic viz-a-ball, but wow does that thing turn on the back end.
A good bowling buddy of mine used it against my team, and he shot a 267 his 2nd game with it, with the front 8, and then 3 10 pins in a row.
That thing is amazing looking, but I'm afraid it would be too much for me on the backend.

next ball in the hamme line up, the toxic over dose!going to be one heck of a ball boy I'll tell you.

Get the Toxic, you will NOT regret it. I have one, have a second setting back in the box along with my second No Mercy...back ups, and between those two, you'll be set...'nuff said.

Well it all depends on what your looking for. The PAIN is a lot stronger than the DOOM. It's more in the mid-lane and smooth on the back end. The Toxic will be a more powerful DOOM.
I don't think you could go wrong with any Raw Hammer Ball. The one thing about the Raw Hammers is they hit! They take pins down. The DOOM still floors me with how it scrambles the pins.

GO BEARS! Super Bowl bound!

I'll agree with you on the Doom. Shot 780 with mine last Friday night, didn't win much money. Shot 695 with it last night and got paaayyyed! I'm thinking about getting a Toxic for the second game or when I start leaving corner pins with the Doom. 2cents.

Bud don't forget about dulling a DOOM. This is another option for you. I have had many DOOMS with different layouts and cover grits. I found that taking the polish off the DOOM and re-polishing it with Ebonites Matte polish gave a really nice reaction. It smoothed it out a bit but still gave it that Raw Hammer Hit and carry. Plus it handled more oil.
Believe it or not, the Doom when dulled down to like 800 grit can handle a good amount of oil. It may surprise you with how strong it is.

Chitown seems to my mind to be an expert on these balls from the bit I have seen!

I think that's a good idea knowing what to expect with the Doom or since the pain is solid that probably is a better idea.I've read that the toxic was snapy off the break, something I did'nt see with my doom in it's polished state.I don't want snap, just even rolling easy to read and great pin action like the doom but for med oil when my no mercy is too much.chitown was right, the doom is a great ball.

Six pack it sounds like the PAIN or a dull DOOM would be the best choice for what you want.
If your ever bowling on tough patterns, the PAIN is what you want in your bag. This ball transitions from the oil to dry very well. It's smooth! It actually gives you more area than other balls will on these tough conditions. Plus it hits great.
Like I have said many times before. Most balls kick butt on THS but few work great on tough patterns. Well the PAIN kicks butt on tough patterns.

Hey No problem on the Grammar lesson, just to have more fun with you: The Toxic will give your game a bigger (Dose) of power than the (Dose) your getting with the Doom and the Pain may give to large of a (Dose) of power resulting in an (Over-Dose) of early reaction!

O man the guy that is giving out the grammar lessons says "to" not "too" you are in BIG trouble mister!
