Factory Finish on Sharp Blade

Hello, anyone know the factory finish used on the sharp blade? Any help appreciated.

Incorrect. The factory finish on the Hammer Sharp Blade is a 800 grit sandpaper. I know because i contacted Brian at hammer when i wanted to take the surface of mine back to box.
