My take on the ball...

The reaction shape is similar to that of the black widow family...i could see going to this ball when my black widow is a bit too much and my pearl is not nearly enough...i feel the reaction is a bit more consistent downlane than the black widow pearl which tends to get squirty...

another very good ball for hammer with a very quick response to friction...

Nice video, real nice actually.

A question though, from your comment above are you saying that the black widow is more ball then the NMB?  just wondering as I don't understand as I thought the NMB was the more aggressive ball 'tween the two.

for me the black widow covers more boards overall and has an even sharper backend than the beat'n...again that is just my opinion so results may differ for some people...i think the beat'n is a very nice complement to the solid black widow, maybe even more so than the BWP...

by number one layout i meant the "idiot proof" one on the bag the ball comes in lol...basicly it is pin 4" from my pap and the heart on my second flare ring...the ball is very easy to layout IF you follow the directions

Right now i have my black widow at 2000 with a coat of cleen and sheen on it...but now with the beat'n in my lineup im going to take it back to 2000 or 4000 for some more seperation between the two
