I bought this ball used from a BR.com member 6 or so months ago for $45 shipped..
It was drilled with the pin in the bridge (which normally is not my choice of layouts) but I decided not to plug it. I just switched out the grips and put a new thumb slug in it. I used it a couple of times and put back it back in a tote bag that sits on my floor in the bedroom..
I am 4th member on a 3 member team on Thursday late shift. The lanes are normally toast and I have been struggling with just about anything I have tried to use.. Big time over/under. This house also just put out new pins and you know how that goes..
I decided yesterday to throw the green Vibe in my bag and see how it did. I ended up shooting 266 268 266 200 for a 1000 series for 4 games and 800 on the nose for the 1st 3!!
I never thought a ball I pulled out of 6 month semi-retirement would bring me an honor score like it did!! For the people that know me well and how I like to use only newer stuff, its even more amazing.. LOL
