« on: August 10, 2009, 04:30:10 PM »
So I'm having my Emerald drilled 5 1/2 x 5 with the pin under my middle finger and the cg just to the right of my center of grip. what should i expect at oob condition?

Im a righty with 350-400 revs and 18-19mpg 30* to 50* axis tilt

Thanks

Ethan,

I would expect a longer/more of flip type reaction on the backend. With the Pin down drilling though expect it to start revving a little sooner up front and the backend reaction to be a little bit more tamer than usual. You should still see a good separation between the Fired Up and Emerald Vibe though.

Another thing to take into consideration, the VIBE series has been quite deceiving also in its outlook of aggressiveness. Let us know how it works for you...hope this helps..God Bless!

Well this ball was definitely a surprise to me. i threw it on a med heavy ths on wood lanes. it was extremely smooth off the bp and it had a good mid lane read with decent but very smooth backend. compared to fired up drilled the same it was wayyyy smoother and a lil earlier read. overall i expect it to work nicely on tougher shots with low volumes. filled a nice spot in my arsenal!
