Arson Low Flare is not exactly "weak". It just stores/releases energy at a different zone. I'd like to think its difficult to categorize balls in this price-range as weak.
The Arson Pearl (arguably) will go longer up front BUT will likely respond to friction faster than the Low Flare, giving the impression that the Arson Pearl "hooks more" while the Low Flare theoretically will grab the fronts sooner (its cover texture is duller). Its really up to how each bowler sees their own ball motion (what you like to see and how you adjust to that with your respective rev-rate/launch plane/axis tilt/ability to move, etc).
They just use energy differently. Case in point, customers during league sessions come into the shop and often used to say "Why does my Onyx Vibe hook more then my Taboo"... Onyx, hits the wet/dry block doesn't burn up as much as the Taboo, so of course Onyx appears to "hook" more, classic scenario those in the biz I'm sure most all could relate to
The Arson LF might be comparable to Storm's IQ Tour (from what I seen in the Arson LF ball motion).
Just a lower flaring ball, smoother, slower friction response time... this ball seems to blend the lane out for those that want to go around the pattern or for those that want to go through the pattern.
