This is just a post to say thank you to Hammer for having top notch customer service. They have always seemed to be pretty good in the past when I've contacted them about questions about products or layouts, and in a recent situation, they went above and beyond what could have been expected of them in keeping a customer happy, and coming back. A company that makes a great product, and stands behind it going out of their way to please custmors, what else could a bowler want? Thanks again guys and girls!
