pure#1 vs pure #2?

Hows the new pure hammer compare to the black pure hammer.  I used to have the black pure hammer and that ball was very smooth; good ball.

Only thing I know is that what the Hammer website says: the black was a urethane/resin combinaiton, while the new red/burgundy one is pure resin. Black one is discontinued.

Hey I have thrown both and they best way to describe the diff is this way.The black is pretty early compaired to the burgundy...the burgandy rolls like a tour power. It will get down the lane further than the black and be really smooth at the breakpoint...hope that helps
