My Taboo is alot stronger than my plague.  I couldnt tell you how they are drilled as i dont get into all of that.  That is why i have the best ball drillers arouny my area. I dont honestly think my plague is that strong very very rolly.  the Taboo is very strong off the spot.  Both are good balls.  But still think the Taboo is stronger overall by a bunch for me.
