Torque has a stronger core and cover so it's more responsive to friction and better at blending patterns. Rebel Solid will be more ball downlane because it doesn't bleed it off anywhere near as fast as the Torque.
I'm using the DT currently in my scratch league and its mainly the ball that I can go to after the Tactix begins to become too much downlane and need a smoother motion because the inside is too weird for the Savage.
It can be a good THS ball for those needing slower and smoother responses, lets say from a Wet/Dry pattern or something of that nature but its not going to cover boards like a Rebel Solid.
