No new releases until Bowl Expo in June, but I would think a Pearl Jigsaw may be in the mix by then.

The core in the jigsaw cant be used any more, USBC raised the minimum low rg to 2.46 I believe and the Jigsaws core is 2.45. From what I'm hearing they are going to expand on the BW Nastys core in a new line with all new coverstocks, or at least thats what my buddy on Hammers staff is telling me. Time will tell.

Sauce core is 2.45, Jigsaw core is 2.48.

Hoping for a spare ball, that will likely not happen though.

Also in time, we will see your thread about how you laid out each new ball and how you figjammed scores with them.  Then eventually we will see a forsale thread with them in it.  Go ahead, tell me i'm wrong.

I'd love a Plastic cover on the Assault core for a spare ball /SCORCHED heads.......

No well in hell is this gonna happen but it's my dream.

I could probably make a urethane shelled Assault core work for that as well.  Like you said - Ain't gonna happen...

I wouldnt be saying anything about your Hammer Staff buddy telling you about anything new that may be in the works. That would be a good way to make your buddy a former Hammer Staffer! As far as the new stuff goes...be patient guys....they are going to be well worth the wait!

Then I'll ask - How about a solid or pearl urethane in assault or vibe core, please, (pretty please)?  I figure either would make a great dry lane/spare ball.

I ran into a par at the city tournament where i couldn't keep the ball on the right hand side of the pins (my purple vibe was wanting to cross over )

If the RG of a core is just a little below the new minimum, the ball company can just make the same shape core with a little less density and add a touch more density to the fill material and the ball's RG should come into spec.

I think they will have one more release because they said there would be four new balls released and used for the proshop test program. Where they send in several predrilled of a new release and you can allow cutomers to try the ball out.

A personal wish would be something like the black Pure Hammer - a smooth light conditions ball with a urethane or urethane/resin blend cover, coupled with a Vibe core or a modification of it (maybe higher RG, less differential).

Pink Vibe?

I highly doubt this is true cause I don't really trust this guy... But he told me he heard a Jigsaw hybrid could be in the works.
