That was nice of them to do that for you. Storm would NOT do the same for me.

I doubt if Hammer will do it twice, but they could.

 

In any case, this is quite common with polyester balls. You might consider doing what I did: have your driller plug up the fingers and then, redrill them. This will or should last much longer because most plug work is done with urethane, not plastic/polyester and not resin. Urethane is much longer lasting than either of them. If your driller is good, the matching of color should be pretty good but never perfect.
