Bear-  I had a similar problem with Hammers early releases.   These balls may be similar but they are not the same.   Visibly the Vibe has the reactive move, while the PURE is urethane.   I'm not ready to say that the VIBE hits harder or carries better, but I did ring a couple 10's with the PURE.

I personally feel that the VIBE will be the ball that gets  the most play from me.  It has a performance core compared to the original Hammer core.

I watched a guy in our center using the Vibe and it seemed to go long and flip pretty hard.  The new Pure seemed to be smoother, alittle sooner also.
Complete 2 different ball motions.

I believe, but don't quote me on this, that the PURE will be the same as the original PURE, and that the VIBE will be a lower price point than the Blade series.
