I am definitely getting one. After having the chance to throw one over the weekend at the PBA All-Star Shootout, this ball will have a place in my bag.

I already bought 2, lol. Should be here soon.

I also got the original BW on the way.

Possibly even a Cherry Vibe? We'll see.

Its possible later this fall but not anytime real soon. I don't get hyped up about snappy pearl balls, though the colors caught my eye, I'll have to see how it is on the lanes before I even think about a purchase.

Not interested in the BWP, I don't believe it will be any stronger then my Storm  Shift which I love on a second shift THS. I am considering parting ways with my cash for a Beat'N though.

No doubt the ball needs to be used on the right type of patterns at the correct time.  This is going to be the ball to use when a defined hook spot develops and there's some bounce room.  Probably not the first ball out of the bag type of ball for the fresh heavier oil.

I will definitely buy one. Probably I will use my favorite layout (skid-flip - pin up/mb in strong position).

I honestly don`t believe that the BWP can be stronger than my domination , but we will see..

Too my knowlege, it will not hook as much/more than your domination. That wasn't what Hammer released the ball for. It's good on the Medium to lighter conditions and the ball flys through the toughest of carrydown.

Ball is the best out on the market IMO.

Drilled one out today for myself as well as 2 others for customers.  The customers had us match the drilling in their BW's so we got a true comparison between the two (less the amount of games on their originals).  The BWP is definately cleaner through the mids and while it makes a nice move on the backend it's not as strong / doesn't cover as many boards as the BW.  This can be seen very well in the video that Chris Forry posted on BuddiesProShop.

Personally I drilled my BWP a bit different than my BW...basically the same pin to PAP distance, but I utilized a pin down drilling and a up'd my MB angle from 60 to 70-degrees.  What I saw from the BWP was a good 4 feet more push and it wasn't as violent on the turn.  Thus far I'm really happy with the ball...but time will tell for sure.  I've also got another one sitting at the shop to put a pin up drilling into.

the 25.00 rebate do they credit your account after the money has been taking out or do they just take it out first ?

They do not take it our right away.. You pay the entire amount. You get a check or something like that several weeks after the transaction.. Its like a rebate when you buy something..

I had one drilled up today and its pin above the ring cg under and mb at about 65 degrees down and to the right of the thumb..

I can tell you this ball OOB does not like oil. I used it on fresh and the ball just skated. But then again, I did not expect a ball 4000 abralon and then highly polished to be good on oil. I really hope people are not gonna buy this ball and think its for use on heavier oil shots, because its not. I will say, once the lanes broke down some, the ball was a monster.  Tons of backend and much longer than the original BW solid..

I will be drilling up and Anger in the next couple of days. That will be my ball for heavier oil patterns..

All in all, looking forward to some more games on this ball.. I might tweek the cover some, not sure yet. I am just not a big believer in making a ball do something its not intended to do.. The BWP is for medium oil with carrydown, so thats what I will use it for..

I can say this for whatever its worth, it sure is a very "pretty" ball, LOL..

Just bought one tonight.  Paid a premium, but it's my birthday and I had league bowling tonight.  Couldn't tell you how it's drilled, but feels good.

P.S.
Bowled first game with my old Ebonite Matrix TPS III and rolled a 131.  Bowled with the BWP 2nd game and rolled 162 and 3rd game rolled 182.  Gotta be happy seeing the pins per game going up.

I just wanted to thank jkiser01 for that 94 dollar post, I just ordered one as well.  This will be my first Hammer, so hopefully it doesn't disappoint.  Not too big of a risk at 94 bucks.
