How many have a TOXIC? How do you like the ball?

GO BEARS! Super Bowl bound!

I've had one since before Christmas...

I have one, a second on the shelf, it and the N/M are all I need for leagues.
If I had to, I'd trade my N/M before the Toxic, but don't plan to get rid of either for a long time.

Noticed a bowler on the pair next to me throwing one. One word... NASTY!!!! Granted, conditions were relatively high scoring and it appeared as though once the ball (polished) tapped the headpin, he struck! 170 avg. shoots 658 series!!!
Ball reacts stronger off the dry than the Black Widow (IMO). Really aggressive move it makes. Color is really nice as well. Guess because everything out is red, orange, silver, blue and black. The puke green stands out in a very nice way

Great ball, clean through the heads and STRONG off the dry.

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

Hey chi...I have one too. Ball is straight sick. Pin next to ring finger with cg shifted towards grip. Even for a label type layout, it is surprisingly strong. Once it sniffs dry, watch out! Short vid in my profile and full version coming soon.
Take care,
Ram

I have it and I LOVE it. Goes really long and has a great backend. Hits HARD!

Hammerhead in the making.

Hey Ram I drilled mine very close to the way yours is. I got to use last night for a few games. This ball in box condition is very strong when it hits the dry.

Mine is laid out, 4-1/2 x 4, pin under ring, cg kicked out, x-hole 5 inches over from center of span.
This ball clears the heads easily but on the backend it's a monster. Any dry it sniffs, it goes left. Unbelievable.

I got one. I must say its the hardest hitting ball i've had so far.
Heres a picture for it. Ideal to play straight down 2nd arrow & snap at the break point & cause severe pin damage.

3" Pin, located under the ring, cg kicked 35 degrees, small weight hole drilled deep 2" below PAP
I tend to have more speed than revs, so I used this layout to read a bit earlier for when I had to chase the shot deeper into the oil. I wanted it for late shift and for when the heads and track area started to dry out, pushing me into heavier, longer oil.
This ball is nothing like I expected...and thrilled with it. Something about that cover is VERY different. The oil rings just never seem to appear! They are gone by the time the ball gets back to the return. I punch about 20 balls a year, and simply have had a hard time putting this one away. The explosive hit just has to come from the oil absorbtion rate.
The cover is VERY easily surface adjusted, especially for a pearl. If this ball squirts for you at the breakpoint, don't be afraid to knock it down a grit! You'll still get the length you need due to the weight block shape, but get a smoother reaction with a bit more surface. I've had everything on it from 800 wet sand (great for fresh oil and the top hats) to 4000 abralon and 320 compound. I wonder if Hammer will release this one as solid? If they do, just put me on the list for one of the first!
Loved the Pain, just missed the house record with the Doom, and averaging well over 220 with the Toxic. Is there a better ball line at this price point? There is something for everyone and every need with these three balls. Happy to be a Hammerhead Pro Shop!
Now all we need is s true dry lane/late shift ball from Hammer. The Vibe? LOL...uh, no..too strong! Give something along the lines of the Tornado. But that's another topic. "-)
