Senior Bowlers? What Hammer Balls "Best" for Medium Oil?
« on: July 26, 2010, 11:43:41 PM »
I'm 68-years-old (League Bowling since 1973 - 31 when started): What current Hammer Balls do other "Seniors" consider "BEST" for "the Medium Oil Condition"?

Facts:
------
Highest average "ever" 164 3 years (dropped down when oiling patterns changed) - last year 160 --- High series 640 (BUT only 4 times over 600 in career!) --- High game 268(10 strikes-in-a-row).

I like my first-ball "RAW HAMMER TOXIC", with left-hand weight balance --- BUT use Ebonit "MAXIM" for 10-pins!

(Threw Faball "Nail" 8 years until weight balance broke! "JUNKED" a "Blue Vibe" (NEW/Unknown Ball!) because it COULD NOT HANDLE the fresh oil in our early Monday-Nite League! GREAT for DRY LANES ONLY!)

Any advice? What Hammer Balls "BEST" NOW?
