Hey guys, I'm thinking of throwing some polish on my corner. What would give the best results? Just putting a light polish over the box finish....or should I go to 500/2000 with polish over that?

I would first try polish over box finish. If you don't like the result, you can always hit it with 500/2000 and then polish.

try and just polish it and see how it reacts. if it goes too long, looks like it never grabs, then move to 2000 plus polish.
if none of that works then I would recommend moving to just 4000 or 2000 as that can help push the ball more then 500/4000.
