On the house shot (THS) this ball was much cleaner than my Corner (which I LOVE so much) and more in the backends. This ball was turning some heads when bowling... I had about 10 people come down to see what I was throwing since it was hitting like Mack truck! I think we at the shop already sold 5 within 10 minutes of me throwing it on the house shot. Will use this ball this weekend on the new Kegel "Sunset Strip" pattern and will provide some more feedback after throwing this ball on more patterns.
From what I have seen, this ball really fits the lineup great and will definately have a great shelf appeal. Great job Hammer staff on this great looking ball.

My question is, if you put the same 800/800/1000/1000 + Polish on the Corner... Think you'd see any difference between the 2?
I think this will be the issue for the Trap, it looks pretty similiar to the Corner OOB. Makes it seem that the only real thing separating them is the finish, even though I know that isn't technically true, but as far as what we see on the lanes, ya know?
But I agree, Shelf appeal, this is probably one of my favorite looking balls of all time.

Disclaimers are written for reasons.
You can call this ball a pearl, solid, call it a hybrid for all I care. On the lanes, it's far too similar to a Corner, and that's when in the hands of Hammer Staff Members, which are all top notch bowlers. A simple surface adjustment on the Corner, to add length and store energy, would make the two balls damn near identical. That was my point, well, actually my question for Plowboy.
