Looking for Hammer Urethanes
« on: January 18, 2009, 09:01:19 AM »
Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a few Hammer pieces for a project that I'm working on.  I am only interested in brand new, undrilled balls.  Here's what I'm looking for:

Hammer Red Pearl Urethane
Hammer Blue Pearl Urethane
Hammer Pink Urethane
Hammer Purple Urethane
Hammer Burgundy Urethane

I would prefer that the balls be 15 lb, but it's not a requirement.  If you have them and are willing to part with one, please e-mail me at jussery@hammerbowling.com.  Thanks,

Hi everyone,

I've actually seemed to locate everything with the exception of a Pink Hammer.  If anybody has an undrilled Pink Hammer in any weight, please contact me if you are willing to part with it.  Thanks!

Well if the reason you are looking for these old balls is what I think.  You may want to check out Motiv.  Especially the TX-1.

Frank,

I doubt if he, Being the brand manager for Hammer, is going to drill such rare balls. I'd bet he's setting up a Hammer reference museum.

This is true.  I'm looking to setup a nice little display of the history of Hammer.  So far, I have 6 of the 8 original urethane colors.  I'm still looking for a Burgundy and a Purple Hammer.  I also scored an original Nail.  So it's coming along nicely.  Thanks!

I have a Pink Hammer. It was an old stock ball that was just drilled up less than 2 years agoo. I used it as a spare ball for a year. Single drill... and I even have its old school Faball box as well! It's 14 lbs.

Threads like this make me consider getting my old 14lb burgundy redrilled.  It was my very first ball, and it's drilled conventional.  Sometimes my new fangled equipment is just too dang much, and I don't have the hand to make a plastic spare ball usable.
