With the drilling and coverstock prep that I use, I actually get the exact opposite reaction than was listed by JMORRIS.
My Widow is drilled with the pin under the ring finger, and the cg kicked slightly right. The coverstock has a light shine to it.
My Total NV has the pin high above the ring finger with the cg mostly stacked.
For me, the Total NV goes about 2-3' longer and is a bit sharper at the breakpoint. It is fairly quick whereas the BW has a strong but more smooth and rounded move to it.
So, I guess to answer your question, yes, there are certainly situations in which both the TNV and BW can be effectively used within the same arsenal.
