A whole bunch of stuff today.
Deadly aim, with a carbon fiber outer core and a 3 year warranty!
3 new track balls
BW assassin, core numbers look different than the normal gasmask, could be the best ball on the market @ 135, sheesh
Market is getting confusing! BWP was a favorite of mine, Hyper Cell is great, DV8, MOTIV, Brunswick, Radical, Roto Grip, Hammer, Seismic... list goes on and on, all making great looking equipment. Hammer lowering the price level on a competitive ball after RG just upped the HP4 line price by a smidge, might do some good for all of us bowlers. Hammer introducing a 3 year warranty (I wanna see exactly what the warranty covers, just cracking, or covers that die mere weeks after purchase, and how you measure) could help all of us bowlers start getting more quality pieces, that will "last" more than just the half a season til the next release. [I know, I know, ball maintenance. but seriously, just 2 months after purchase, do you really want to have the necessity to bake a ball every week just to see close to the same hook you saw out of the box?]
Go Hammer for innovating the 3 yr warranty, and lowering the cost of one. Let's hope the whole industry notices that we bowlers would like some equipment that may last even a quarter of what bowling balls used to last. My Track pieces back in the early 2000's lasted a long time, my BWP and BW lasted quite a while. Since then, not so much.
