Yeah, same core but different coverstock. I wonder if this coverstock was a "developmental step" for the BW Pearl.
This information was taken from the following site. They have a nifty ball reaction display. The reaction of this ball is a bit different than the Toxic. (for what that's worth)

Wow do these guys have access to all the Hammer bowling balls? I thought overseas only got the overseas bowling balls. I never realized that they got both our U.S. bowling balls plus there overseas ones as well.
Hammer guys check this site out. It's pretty cool. click on each of the Hammer balls and they show you an animated ball reaction for each ball.
