The Venom will more than likely skate on a fresh shark pattern. The Venom would be better for a broken down shot. I believe the Bite and Killer would be very close, just the Killer is an overseas release. I have not thrown a Killer so I cannot speak on that ball but the Bite would be the better choice of the 3 IMO for a fresh shark pattern. The surface will help the ball start up and the strong coverstock/core combo will help the ball make its move after the pattern. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!

Choosing the venom on the shark pattern is a very viable option when looking for ball reaction on the shark pattern.  Sometimes you are looking for the most responsive ball off of friction you can get to try and get the ball to create as much entry angle as possible with the limited amount of backend the shark provides.  It may not be the best option for the first game or two, but after a little play, I would certainly fish with it for a shot or two.

It would all depend on the lane surface.

As I own both, I believe in OOB condition, the venom would not be the best for a heavy oil pattern until it breaks down. The bite would be decent on this pattern, but even then you may need to adjust the surface a little bit to get more friction. I am not familiar with the Killer, but its surface looks duller then both of the other bw's, so out of box, it might be your best bet.
