Toxic drillings?
« on: February 18, 2007, 12:14:33 AM »
Just wondered if anyone's done a pin under drilling on the Toxic, and what type of reaction you've had?

Possibly the low RG strong layout too?

Just like Splendorlex told you. Pin under the ring, cg kicked out about 1.5"
Great control drill with a lot of midlane. For me this is a 5x4. I dulled the cover a little bit and I can actually use it on medium to medium hvy amounts of oil.

Great ball. I have two of  them. The other is laid out to go long an flip...

5.5" x 5

Duct tape is like 'The Force'. It has a light side and a dark side, but it still holds the universe together.

Some days you're the bug; some days you're the windshield.
Some days you're the bug....some days you're the windshield...that's bowling!

Are most of the Raw Hammer line all subject to similar reactions with the same drillings then? Splendor posted about the Doom.

My TOXIC has the pin a little under and to the right of the ring finger.  This put the pin about 4" from my pap.  The CG is close to grip center.  This looks like your typical label layout.

My TOXIC flips big time!  Even with this layout it still flips like there no tomorrow.  I took the polish off mine to control some of the reaction.  Itr's now at 4000 grit abralon.  This seemed to calm it down a bit but not much.  There's really no sense in going to lower in grit because I have other equipment for that.

This ball is what it is.  It's a big back end ball with a lot of length.  It's hit's good but for the most part is hard to control on the back end.  On the right condition this ball is a beast and works well.
