I cannot speak for the Hammer guys specifically but here's what I'd do if I wanted to get noticed and try to get a contract....
1. Bowl as many tournies as possible to get your name out there and known.
2. Use their equipment whenever possible.
3. Make it a point to speak to the Hammer reps and current staffers whenever possible...ask about layouts and ask for some advice on getting the most out of their equipment....you'd be surprised what tips and tricks they will share.
4. Compose a resume of your accomplishments, your tourney record, where and how well you have bowled in the last 3-4 years, any other significant bowling events in your career.
You have to sell yourself...it also helps to have some help form your pro shop guy or other well respected bowlers/ center owners/ tour guys in your area.
Best of luck!!!
