Old hammer question

Today while at my local house i found a older black hammer. No ball name, just the hammer label and between the span there was a target with "fal" or "fab" in it. what type of ball is this

this is a pretty decent ball. i used it today after deciding to throw it i was happy.

lol stfu.
at my pro shop if theres a ball under our bench, its free, same with any equipment. Not in the alley itself in the pro shop
