Jigsaw with a 3/4" pin
« on: June 14, 2010, 01:39:11 AM »
I can get a deal on a new Jigsaw.. but it has a 3/4 inch pin.. I know that would really limit the ways I could drill it... I usually get a 2-3 " pin.. Would this be a bad purchase?  and how would I drill.. Pin just under my fing for finger weight and have the CG kicked out right?

Did not see.. I could ask... It was sitting on the wall out of the box.. I assume that anything under 3 Oz would be ok..

u cud do a pin above bridge with cg kicked out or a pin above ring and cg lined up under, it also depends or where cg and mb are located. I have 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 pins they all are drilled different depending on location of cg and mb, but i like them becuz they give me different looks

It's a strong Mass Bias ball. Only the MB position is important and it IS important. The CG position is totally irrelevant.

Put the pin IN the ring finger. It comes out to about 5" ptp for me. Great reaction..
