PSYCHO RAW HAMMER - Mini-Review
« on: June 23, 2008, 06:15:48 AM »
HEY HAMMERHEADS!!

Figured I would share a mini-review with you all since I have been throwing the PSYCHO since Friday.

PSYCHO RAW HAMMER
Weight: 15#
Top Weight: 3 oz.
Pin Placement: 2-3"

Layout: 4 1/2" Pin Above the Ring Finger with CG slightly kicked out. No Weight Hole required.

First Impressions:
The Psycho has a nice archy smooth transistion through the oil. Compared to the Black Widow Pearl, it does NOT have nearly as much pop on the backend but is more continuous through the oil pattern. The ball looks really cool going down the lane as well!

General Thoughts:
The Psycho RAW HAMMER is weaker than my Black Widow Pearl which is drilled with a 45 degree mass bias with the pin 4 3/4" from my axis. When the Widow Pearl is bleeding energy and leaving light pocket hits which usually result in the bucket or the 2-8-10 for me, I switched to the PSYCHO which did NOT burn up and made a smooth arc back to the pocket without bleeding too much energy too soon. In my opinion, the PSYCHO would be a great choice for medium to light medium oil patterns. The Anger, Black Widow Pearl, and Psycho would be an excellent three ball arsenal that is versatile enough to attack any typical house shot.

I will post some more information once I put a few more games on the ball. Also, a video highlight package is coming soon where I can throw it and the Black Widow Pearl in comparison to help ya'll out some more! Thanks for reading and God Bless! Any questions or comments, feel free to send me a PM or ask here in the forum!

There is the official temperature in Vegas that is always about 3-5 degrees less than the real temp.
