No Mercy question
« on: January 01, 2009, 05:39:51 AM »
I heard that the No Mercy is a hit and miss ball. I  I purchase a new NM and plan to get the #1 drilling, so do i need to move the Hart to the left of my thumb about 3-4 inches on my track.. Just trying to get an understanding on how to drill a layout for this ball.  And also I heard that maintenance on this ball is a must... What do I need to do to keep a good reaction on this ball?

Drill it just like the instructions show using the template and you must keep the oil cleaned out of the ball.

5 inch pin to pap.. pin above fingers close to the VAL. with the HART in the 3rd or 4th flare ring... That will get the ball down the lane with a sick backend like someone kicked it left..

Depending on volume of oil you bowl on, do an oil extraction every 45-60 games and the ball will be money. Just remember to take the ball back to factory OOB grit level(or what ever grit level you are using) after oil extraction.

i did a dual angle drill on my no mercy and it backends like my ricochet rebound did before i changed the drilling on it. it gets to 34-40 ft and makes a hard move left. almost like someone kicked it. REALLY HARD.
