true blood question
« on: November 07, 2013, 05:22:32 PM »
Is there a video out for the true blood other than the 47 and 48 second videos that hammer made? And can anyone tell me how it compares to the taboo spare and other standard plastic spare balls?

I have thrown many plastic balls and have multiple award scores with plastic balls.  The true blood is a great spare ball.  I used it on the burn a few games and my lowest score with it is 258. No award scores yet but there will be.  It hits hard had a chance at 300 with it in league last week had front 7 stone 9 off sheet for 279.  Ball hits like a tank. I am very happy with my true blood.

I'm definitely picking up one of these. I passed on the Taboo Spare because with having the Hammer Cube, they produced a Gas Mask Clear spare ball overseas (Clear cover like the cube, Black Widow's Gas mask core in the middle; basically a clear Taboo Spare), that I wanted to get instead. Should have been the same performance, but clear would make it eye candy.

The drill wasn't so good in it (shards coming out of where the grips are), so I'm looking at getting a new spare ball. This will be it.

BL.

I have the tough decision of if I should buy it next time I go to TV pro shop instead of replacing my nightmare, pucking picking it up with the nightmare, or just putting it off
