I just had to warranty my Scandal. First started by contacting Hammer Facebook page, they directed me to Matt Gasn, he directed me to take it to where I got it from (which is my Dad at our center) to contact our distributor. We sent pics to our rep and I think they decided to issue credit for the ball and we ordered a new one.. Now I might have to go through it again as the replacement I got has cracked already (after 3 games). The outer core/cover were cracking inside the ring finger..
