Can someone please tell me the what grit the black widow is NIB? and if it is polished. I am trying to get it to factory cover.

Yes, it is 4.000 grit Abralon - but if you do it at home, most likely you will get a duller finish than OOB, which looks pretty glossy. But after some games the ball will catch some shine, so do not worry.
