I currently have the Chainsaw, Chainsaw Massacre,Dynamo and now the Red Death.. All I can say is WOW!  This is one ball that I can throw all 3 league games on and not have to move with, Awesome ball!  This is the most forgiving ball I have ever owned. Covers a ridiculous amount of boards.  I was hesitant to try a ball other than my Dynamo but I am happy I did.  It is a little more angular than the Dynamo and destroys the pins.  Great for all kind of lane conditions.  I got this ball 3 weeks ago and have been tracking my scores in league with it and have now been averaging 232 since getting it.  Def. my new favorite ball! LANE #1 YOU GUYS HAVE YOURSELF A MASTERPIECE WITH THIS ONE!!!

Thanks to Craig and Richie at Lane # 1.. You guys earned a lifetime customer!

The Chainsaw/Massacre Series is the best over all Line/Arsenal ever produced by a ball company!

The Red Death is an absoloute monster, This ball gives soo much hook, with very little Roll Out, Despite the 2k OOB surface this ball does not bleed energy too early on the lane and just keeps hooking through the pin deck. My Red Death is Drilled Pin above the bridge with the CG in the centre of my grip! Another Winner from Lane#1

I have had the RD for about a month now, speed is 17-18 and revz match my speed at 325-350. Pap is 5 3/8----> 1/2^.
15# 3 oz, 3 1/2 top 3-4 pin.

With this ball I wanted an oiler, I drilled it up 4x3, [in ended up in the ring finger hole, CG in line with mid grip. Went out to the lanes and started up 10-5 with it OOB.
There was not enough oil for this ball and was burning up past the arrows. Took it back into the shop and took it up to 4KAB. This is were I left it for about 3 weeks. It would get through the fresh heads really clean. Then once it hit the oil buffer it started to read the lane, it would make a very hard arc to the pocket with the most forward heavy roll I have ever seen from a ball. I was playing around 12 to 5 with this ball at this finish. With the amount of heavy forward roll it would take out the stripped back ends and take them out of play. But once the carry down showed it head then it was a move to the right or bag the ball and go for something to over come it. Since then I have shined up the RD to 4KAD and added the Sauce to the ball. I mean I burnt it in there, the ball is a mirror now. With the cover stock like it is, I play more inside with the ball now, 17 to 8 and have a great read with it, the ball now pushes through the buffer area and has a more pronounced arc to the pocket. The forward rotation is still there but not a over powering rotation, The ball is now saving itself for when it hits that friction. The ball takes to cover stock changes very well, Dull for a earlier read or shine it up to get you down the heads more and more games you are able to use as the night goes on. This a my bench mark oiler for the fresh oil. Great Lane #1 ball, and of coarse the L1 hit that everyone comes to love and expect from there equipment.

Age: 17

Average: 215

Rev: 450-500

Style: Cranker

Speed: 30-35kph

Right Handed.

Driled Flat.

Right, Where to start with this ball, one word, Wow, This one is a monster, This was the first Lane #1 ball I have ever purchased and I was not dissopointed clean through the heads with a massive back-end this is probably one of the most consistent balls I have ever owned. I simply can't say enough good about this one, I've had it about 9 Months throwen four 300's, and to many to count 299's, while I have no real problems with this ball I have to say when the lanes start to dry out, throw it back in the bag, depending on how persistent you are, while it is possiable to throw this on the dry and average well it is difficult, and frustrating.

Summing up:
Great Ball
Great Design
Great On Fresh Oil
Not So Good On The Dry
