I did! I'm not getting rid of all of my Lane 1 Balls. I'm not quitting Lane 1 entirely. Lane 1 has some excellent balls that will out perform certain similar balls from other companies and other companies have some excellent similiar balls that will out perform certain Lane 1 balls.

I've learned a lesson the expensive way that to have the best arsenal you can have, you can't limit yourself to one company. I have an Ebonite ball that will match the Emerald pin for pin plus kick out more corner pins than the Emerald. I have thrown two Storm Balls (the company I used to dislike....lol) and both out match and/or out perform my Golden Nugget.

The Uranium will remain with me for ever and ever and etc. (probably just like my old Forest Green Quantum has)as I have not seen nor found a ball out there that will compete with it on the conditions it was made for and drilled for. Probably the XXXL will also stay for now as it too does a marvelous job of doing what it was made for and drilled for. The Golden Nugget and Emerald may and may not stay. I have not decided yet as to whether I will sell them or not.
Hey, don't get me wrong as they are both good balls and I swore by them at one time, but if a person finds a ball that works better than they do, it is only common sense to use that ball. I will buy more Lane 1 balls in the future if it has the best ball available for what I need, but I will also buy balls from other companys if they have the best ball for what I need.

PS: FYI, I used to have a Blueberry, but sold it as it never did match up to me plus died in less than 50 games.
