well i couldnt believe my eyes,i bought a starburst xxxl,had to wait 5 months for the specs i wanted,anyway i decided to drill it up at the shop so my driller went to drill it and we lost power,,,as it is summer here the temp was 42 degrees celcius,....the ball sat in the press clamped in for 4 hours and the clamps embedded them selves into the coverstock.i had 3 large deep rings in my ball.i thought it was destroyed....but after speaking to chuck at lane 1 ,we removed all indentations,rings and marks in the shell ,,,with a HAIRDRYER.........held it on the surface and every ring disappeared one at a time....i and many others here have never ever heard of this,,,,absolutely amazing,,,,thanks chuck and doug sterner for your help

Well my aussie friend you have just found out why I like dealing with Lane 1. Their customer service is 2nd to none in the industry. 900 Global is close behind them but the 2 of them are VERY customer oriented and will bend over backwards to help out the customer.
It's a customer model I like to model my business as well.
